Position Summaries

FOH Manager

The Front of House manager will oversee and coordinate the planning, training and leadership initiatives necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, food quality, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction. The FOH Manager will also drive accountability for and ensure adherence to all policies, procedures, and performance standards for the restaurant. Experience required. Craft beer knowledge a plus+.

Bartender

A bartender’s primary responsibility is to provide friendly, responsive service while preparing the highest quality beverages for our guests. Bartenders are expected to be attentive to our guests’ needs and making them feel welcome, comfortable, important and relaxed. Advanced menu knowledge required (will train). Bartending experience required. Craft beer knowledge a plus+.

Server

A server’s primary responsibility is to provide friendly, responsive service to our guests. The goal is to provide such exceptional service that our guests will want to return again and again. Advanced menu knowledge required (will train). Serving experience required.

Hostess

The primary responsibilities of the Host / Hostess include providing a warm welcome to guests as they arrive at the restaurant and managing the efficient and timely seating of guests to a table that best fits their wishes. Responsibility for managing the seating system includes: monitoring the dining room for empty and cleaned tables, estimating wait times for guests, monitoring the guest waiting list, and ensuring that the needs of the guests are met while they are waiting. No experience necessary.

Carry Out Staff

Carry out staff members are responsible for all aspects of the carry out process including: taking orders over the phone, preparing carryout orders and verifying order completeness, as well as friendly, responsive service to guests upon order pickup. Advanced menu knowledge required (will train). No experience necessary.

Busser

The primary responsibilities of the Busser include assisting service staff by delivering trays of food to the tables and clearing and resetting tables in a speedy professional manner as guests leave the restaurant. Bussers are also responsible for supporting service staff with refills and assisting to fulfill other customer requests. Advanced menu knowledge required (will train). No experience necessary.

Dishwasher

Dishwashers are responsible for washing and cleaning all tableware, silverware, pots, pans and cooking equipment. Dishwashers are expected to maintain a safe and clean working environment at all times. No experience necessary.

Pizza & Salad Prep Cook

The pizza & salad prep cook will prepare and cook a variety of menu items including, but not limited to, pizzas, salads, dinner bread, and breadstick appetizers. P&S prep cooks assume 100% responsibility for the quality of products served out of their station and are expected to maintain a safe and clean working environment at all times. No experience necessary.
